I’m tying a new system where I put a short, infomational word in my subject line and then tell what it’s about. Example:
ASSIGNMENT: Task name, Task Deadline
or
FYI ONLY: Subject
So people know when they need to take action on something immediately.
I don’t always remember, but I’m hoping it helps!
