Question of the Month: Does your company have a comprehensive employee development program?

According to a recent Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) study, “Organizations across all industries are projecting that in the next three to five years, jobs at all levels will require more education and credentials/certifications.” The top factors contributing to the need for more education included: more jobs with specific technical requirements, increasing workforce sizes, and increased employee diversity.

Strong employee development initiatives are a vital part of building a highly productive workforce, so we want to know, does your company have a comprehensive employee development program?
