Terry Bradshaw Will Take the Stage at Refresh Leadership Live 2013

Thriving companies don’t just happen – any successful business must be built upon a foundation of strong leadership and effective communication. Without the vision of an effective leader, businesses tend to lack innovation and relevance. In sports, sometimes your team is only as good as its play-caller. And who better to represent unselfish leadership than a legendary quarterback?

At the 2013 Refresh Leadership Live Simulcast, former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback, Pro Football Hall of Fame member, and co-host of Fox NFL Sunday, Terry Bradshaw, will share his strategy of success through persistent self-improvement by challenging you to think in new ways about sacrifice, pain, competition and adversity, while giving specific examples of how to focus the power of dreaming, thinking, and strategizing toward success.

In Bradshaw’s NFL career, he constantly had to overcome adversity and face the fear of failure every Sunday. It would have been very easy to give up after throwing an interception, but he had a knack for motivating his team and pushing through situations. Throughout his 13 seasons with the Steelers, Bradshaw accumulated 27,989 passing yards, 2,257 rushing yards, 212 touchdown passes, 107 wins, eight AFC championships, and four Super Bowl championships. He never let the 210 interceptions thrown get him off track from his goals.

In business, leadership must be able to shake off mistakes and stay focused on the overall goal at hand. By not letting adversity deter you and focusing on effective communication and trust with your employees, you have the ability to lead your team to new heights.

Joining Terry Bradshaw on stage for Refresh Leadership Live will be Guy Kawasaki, founder of Alltop.com, best-selling author, and former chief evangelist of Apple, and Amanda Gore, professional speaker, author, and workplace communication and performance expert. It’s going to be a tremendous event where leaders at all levels of business will be able to come away with new and refreshed insight into the art of great leadership.
