Employees want to work for a company that they not only feel they can grow at, but they can grow with. Leaders garner respect with their team members when they are focused on forward innovation. And forward innovation starts with a focus on growth. Without being moldable and honing skills and attributes, the most successful leaders may become victims of apathy and stagnation.
