How Do You Handle the Extra Workload During the Holiday Season?

The holiday season is the busiest time of the year for some. In fact, according to the National Retail Federation, November and December sales can represent between 20-40% of a business’ annual sales. In the non-retail world, companies have to navigate busy schedules with year-end projects and planning for the upcoming business year, a task often made much more difficult and stressful as many people typically take time off work for the holidays. With business about to pick up exponentially, we want to know: how is your organization going to handle the extra workload?
