Question of the Month: What best describes your attitude toward setting New Year’s resolutions?

According to the University of Scranton Journal of Clinical Psychology, the top three resolutions people set are to lose weight, get organized, and to spend less/save more. Of the 45% of people who set resolutions, only 8% actually achieve them. But don’t let those numbers discourage you – those who “explicitly make resolutions” are 10 times more likely to reach their goals than those who don’t.   Another important indicator of whether or not you stick to your resolutions in 2014 is your attitude toward them. So, we want to know:

    A New Year is a chance for a new beginning whether it is organizing your department or yourself. Hopefully you have accomplished last year’s goals and can move on to bigger and better.
