Question of the Month: What is your most common reason for terminating an employee?

Turnover is no longer an issue only struggling businesses face, it’s now the norm. And according to a recent survey by CareerBuilder, one in five workers plan on changing jobs in 2014 – up 17% from 2013. In fact, 58% of workers who are dissatisfied with their job plan to leave, and 45% who are dissatisfied with their advancement opportunities are looking to find a new employer.

On the flip side, turnover isn’t only caused by employees leaving. When a worker doesn’t meet expectations, sometimes replacement is the only answer.
