Question of the Month: What Factors Most Contribute to Your Job Satisfaction?

During the past few years, we’ve seen an upward shift in job-to-job workforce movement. In fact, according to CareerBuilder, 77% of full-time employed workers are open to or actively looking for new job opportunities. With the willingness to seek new opportunities, we at Refresh Leadership have found it interesting that the overwhelming majority of workers are satisfied with their job. In a recent Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) study, 81% of employees reported overall satisfaction with their current job, including 36% who said they were “very satisfied” and 45% who were “somewhat satisfied.”

Regardless of the churn rate, the workforce is currently satisfied, so we want to know what makes you satisfied with your work. Let us know by voting in our poll!
