COM15SM_WalterBond_1024X512_TWThis week on Peak Performer’s Life, Walter Bond continues his discussion on the importance of time management. He explains that there are seven keys to successfully managing every minute—one of which is the power of “no.”

According to Walter:

“I deal with a lot of successful people, and what I learned early on is that successful people say no. To some of you … it feels rude to say no. But here’s the reality, it’s rude for people to waste your time. So make sure you have the strength and stability to say no … that’s the only way you can protect your time.”
