According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the U.S. has seen exponential job growth over the past few months, adding 280,000 positions in May and averaging 251,000 over the past 12 months. Canada has also been steady, adding 59,000 jobs in May. With continued growth in jobs, hiring is expected to continue to grow in the second half of 2015.
