Ask Walter: “I keep quitting. What’s stopping me?”

WalterBond_533X300_BlogFeatureThis week on Peak Performer’s Life, Walter Bond starts a new feature in which he answers questions from listeners who need help to reach their peak performance. In this week’s video, Walter tackles the issue of starting, but not finishing.

According to Walter:

“Whatever you’re trying to change, take baby steps in the beginning. Take it one day at a time. And I promise you one thing: if you take it one day at a time, you’ll go from crawling to walking, walking to running. And, you’re going to fall down; you’re going to make mistakes. Always know that ahead of time, because if it was really that easy, you would’ve done it in the first place.”

How do you continue to pursue success? What have you done to ensure you finish what you start? Let us know in the comments section below.
