According to an Aberdeen Group study, 60% of top organizations say employee recognition is extremely valuable in encouraging individual performance. In fact, CareerBuilder found that 50% of employees agree that increasing employee recognition would entice them to stay at their current companies.

    We will have an Thanksgiving open house dinner the week before Thanksgiving and will have a Holiday Party in December with food, refreshments and gifts.
