Question of the Month: What is the Least Helpful Cliché Interview Question?

QOM_533X300_BlogFeatureWe’ve all heard stories about big innovative companies like Google or Apple asking bizarre, seemingly unanswerable interview questions. The idea is to challenge the candidate and see how well they think on their feet—however, the effectiveness of such questions often produces mixed results.  Most hiring managers tend to stick to the standard, cliché interview questions you’d expect, but these too have their drawbacks. Because the answers often sound like the candidate is simply reciting well-polished, memorized lines, you may not gain any real insight into their true character or whether or not they are the right fit for the job.

In this month’s poll, we want to know what is the least helpful cliché interview question. Let us know by voting below.
