We see numerous areas of potential growth with potential client acquisitions over the next year. Problem areas are still finding good employees who are willing to help the company grow with potential rewards down the road. Everyone wants the rewards BEFORE they put in the time and effort.
We have put together a really good group of employees and need to build on that base to help with expansion.

That we have continuous growth within the community that in turn creates more jobs and opportunity for technological advances, innovating procedures and demanding change for new projects and business practices. I think that the revolving door of ideas and open communication for implementing changes and creating a space for better structure is what needs to happen for us to achieve the goals as a whole.
