Question of the Month: What Type of Personal Professional Goals Did You Set for the New Year?

According to research from Statistic Brain, 41% of people usually make New Year’s Resolutions, with 44% of those goals focused on self-improvement. Sticking to those resolutions, however, is much easier said than done. Only about 38% of people in their twenties and 16% of people over the age of 50 will achieve them.
