It also helps me to clean my workspace and take 1-2 minute breaks from whatever project I’m engaged.

I would not think venting to co-worker a good idea. If your workplace is stressful then they are just as stressed.

I have strict boundaries about hours, In by 8 out by 5, I take a lunch. That doesn’t mean I might be 10 minutes under or over, but I will not work at night, or on the weekends. I try to get enough sleep and exercise, and eat right.
Outside of work I only check email when I am in a space to handle whatever comes up.
Basically a real separation of work and home life.

Stay focused on the job that you are doing. If you don’t enjoy your job stress will be a constant so make sure you find the job you enjoy that gives you some satisfaction at the end of the day.
