Never thought kindly chewing gum was bad. Id rather have a small piece of gum than a dry mouth and bad breath
An interview is like school cant chew gum while in class
When someone answers their phone during an interview — it’s shocking to see how little they think of the situation to answer a phone call mid-interview.
Leaning back in the chair, arms crossed behind your head, nonchalantly looking around as you ask them questions.
Acting as if they are doing you a behavior just to show up.
I had an applicant whose perfume was so overwhelming, especially with the door closed. I thought I was going to be sick!
Also, the receptionist brought an applicant back to my office. Someone had brought in donuts, and they were sitting on top of a file cabinet. Without asking, the applicant grabbed a donut and proceeded to eat it during the interview.
Talking so much you can’t get a word in edgewise.
Showing up late.
My bad interview experience was the person doing the interview kept checking her Facebook instant messenger!
Smelling like a pack of cigarettes. Should not smoke before an interview! Not showing up to the interview at all!
