Question of the Month: When Working From Home, Do You Work More or Less?

With more businesses opting to utilize a hybrid workforce with in-office and remote employees, the question remains which work scenario is more productive. While productivity isn’t always measured in hours worked, it can still be an indicator to analyze how productive work-from-home solutions can be.     I find it easier to star work earlier which is when I’m more productive due to less distractions. I also continue to work later in the day because my husband’s hours are unpredictable and again, less distractions because it is after hours and the phones are directed to VM.

    I work approx. 3 hours more per day. Instead of working 8 hours a day, I average 11 hours per day.

    More because you get more work added on to you being that your at home.
