2011 has been full of ups and downs for businesses and the economy in general. Now, as we enter the fourth quarter and the year starts drawing to a close, employees are hoping for some recognition. In 2010, about a third of businesses weren’t offering any holiday or end-of-the-year rewards, according to a 2010 Refresh Leadership poll. So we want to know if that holds true for this year too, or are employers are looking to boost employee engagement and morale with a little reward?

Our company has always been giving our gift cards, or gas card and party every yea, even in bad economy, we strived to always give something back to our employees… like a company lunch at a nice restaurant etc.
