TED Talks: How I Became an Entrepreneur at 66

As older generations reach retirement age, many choose to remain in the workforce in some capacity. For an increasing number of the boomer generation, that means turning to entrepreneurship for the first time.

That was the case for Paul Tasner, who set out on his own and founded a startup company after a 40-year career. Check out his short, motivational  TED Talk where he discusses the circumstances that led him to entrepreneurship at an age when most people start slowing down, as well as some great insight and statistics on post-retirement age workers.
