    This was an incredible story and such an inspirational way to show the true meaning of leadership. Your Team is Your Army! And you have to lead your army with Confidence and Accountability no matter what the changes and challenges are! Lead every teammate to succeed and praise them for their achievements! Praise, Accountability, and Construction motivates and bonds a strong team!
