Humor may be the difference between getting a second interview or not getting a second glance. According to a recent study by CareerBuilder, 27% of surveyed hiring managers said they would be more likely to consider one candidate over another if that job seeker had a better sense of humor. Coming in at a close second was community involvement, receiving 26% of the poll share. The study also showed certain behaviors that take candidates out of the running.
