It’s just as important for employees as it is for your customers. In fact, according to the 2014 Nielsen Global Corporate Social Responsibility Report, 67% of people prefer to work for socially responsible companies. Moreover, a survey by nonprofit Net Impact found 53% of workers said that “a job where I can make an impact” was important to their overall happiness. So, with such a correlation between employer community involvement and employee job satisfaction, we wanted to know how your company promotes corporate citizenship.
