A recent CareerBuilder survey of nearly 2500 hiring managers and human resources professionals sheds some light on one of the top threats facing businesses today – the high cost of reckless hiring.
According to the survey, 41% of respondents estimate that a bad hire has cost them more than $25,000 in the last year; and 24% put that figure even higher at $50,000.
