The holiday season is the busiest time of the year for some. In fact, according to the National Retail Federation, November and December sales can represent between 20-40% of a business’ annual sales. In the non-retail world, companies have to navigate busy schedules with year-end projects and planning for the upcoming business year, a task often made much more difficult and stressful as many people typically take time off work for the holidays.
