There’s no doubt that in order to be successful in today’s new economy, you have to stay ahead of your competition. But, that doesn’t mean just keeping your products or services innovative. It also means ensuring your employees are the best at what they do and are motivated to give 100% to you, the employer. Maintaining high employee engagement within a business is no small task, and it’s now becoming even tougher as the high-maintenance, high-performing Generation Y professionals are taking over the workforce. With Forbes predicting that Gen. Y will compose almost 50% of our workforce by 2015, it’s imperative that businesses uncover what it takes to keep this generation engaged.
I so totally love when I get your email, it is enlightening to me to see what is happening out in the workplace. I am fastly approaching the over 55 group and will be looking for employment this summer as I relocate back to California.
